game after the spinning top. Its name comes from a Filipino dialect and
its origins are unknown. It was in the 1920s
that an American registered the name and marketed
it on a large scale. Since then, the yo-yo has
continued to delight all children and also some

toys and objects of the popular imagination of Portugal. The Baldufa project was born with the aim of
promoting the dissemination of a fundamental
